Hy guys.....!!! I have found that this dark brownie cake is quickest. so, why not try this yummy delicacy on this lockdown season and impress all at home. This cake is moist and light with great texture and flavour. It contains very less ingredients and time to make and can be made by a steaming method.
I often made this dark brownie cake when I had a half day in a school. Me and my brother used to made it together. He and I love desserts and this is one of our favorite. This classic cake is best homemade recipe I've ever made.
This cake is dark choco brownie in flavour. This chocolate cake is more than just a chocolate cake. It tastes like eating chocolate truffle. It is without egg and I topped with some chopped walnuts and the chocolate sauce is really goes well to this cake.
Ingredients 🥛🍫

50 gram dark chocolate 🍫

50 gram salted buttet

3/4 cup warm milk 🥛

1 cup flour (all purpose)

1/2 sugar powdered

1 & 1/2 tsp cocoa powder

1 tsp baking powder

1/2tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Toppings
- 50 gram dark chocolate 🍫
- 2 tsp warm milk🥛
- some chopped walnuts
Method :
Batter
Firstly, Preheat the pan for 10 mins on medium flame and add salt to the bottom & put the wire stand.
Now Grease the 7-8 inch cake tin with butter and set butter paper and keep it aside.
To make cake sponge take a bowl & add 50 gram dark chocolate (at room temperature), 50 gram salted butter(at room temperature), 1/2 cup warm milk mix well until chocolate dissolve.
Then, Filter 1 cup all purpose flour, 1/2 cup sugar powder, 1 & 1/2 tsp cocoa powder, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda serve everything into the wet ingredients & sift all together.
Now, mix it by cut & fold method and add 1/2 tsp vanilla essence mix well & add 1/4 cup milk (at room temperature). whisk it well. Batter is ready.
Now pour your batter in greased tin. Tap and spread it evenly. Ready to bake.
After Preheat put the cake tin inside the pan and bake it on slow flame for 35-40 mins. If you have a oven so you can bake it for 30-40 mins at 180 degree celcius.
Toppings
To make a chocolate sauce take a bowl add 50 gram dark chocolate (at room temperature), add 2 tsp warm milk. Let it for 5 mins. After 5 mins mix it well until it becomes creamy.
chocolate sauce is ready.
After completely cool, demould the cake and Make holes on the baked cake and pour the chocolate sauce spread it evenly. Refrigerate it for 1 or 2 hours.
After refrigerate decorate cake with some chopped walnuts and as per your choice. Cut into small pieces and serve.
So buttery and delicious....😋😋😋 Fresh & practically guilt free. I personally love some roasted almonds and cashew nuts on this cake. If you haven't tried it.. so try it once. You will love it love it love it...
