Tiramisu cake is generally originated from Italy. Sometimes I just want a piece of cake to myself without the hassles. I got this recipe from my friend. A gorgeous tiramisu cake your family and friends would fall in love with this cake.
It is an Italian dessert and made of mascarpone cheese, ladyfingers biscuits, & dipped in espresso coffee. It is a coffee flavoured cake and the mixture of this cake is layered with egg yolks and chocolate flakes. The random taste of chocolate flakes is really goes well with this recipe. Easy to cook just mix and refrigerate.

Ingredients :
- Ladyfingers 15oz (400g)
- 10 tbsp sugar (120g)
- Unsweetened cocoa powder
- Chocolate flakes
- 6 eggs
- 500g marcapone cheese
- Espresso coffee
Method :
Separate white eggs and yolks in a bowl. In a medium bowl, whisk egg yolks, marcapone cheese & half of the sugar until well blended.

Beat the white eggs, add the rest of sugar fold them gently in a marcapone mixture. Mix it very delicately.
Now in a tray spread half of the marcapone mixture, then arrange half of soaked ladyfingers in espresso coffee again spread marcapone mixture & randomly put chocolate flakes. Repeat this process & sprinkle all over with cocoa powder.
