Peanut butter cake is really good for health. This cake is extremely sweet & rich and it is practically guilt-free.






Ingredients :

Base

  • (9.5oz) 270g biscuits
  • 100g (7 tbsp) melted butter

fillings

  • 2 & 1/3 cup cream cheese
  • 1 & 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Toppings

  • (4.4oz) 125g dark chocolate
  • 2/3 cup heavy cream

Method:

Base

Take 270g biscuits grind them until crumbs are formed add 7 tbsp melted sugar mix until combined. Pour in the springform pan & press into the bottom refrigerate it while making the filling.

In a medium bowl add 2 & 1/3 cup cream cheese, 1 & 1/2 cup powdered sugar beat until it becomes smooth. Pour 1 cup peanut butter and 1 tbsp vanilla extract beat until it becomes smooth & creamy.







Now add 1/2 cup heavy cream beat for 2-3 mins, pour the cheesecake mixture in the cake tin & refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.






Toppings

Chop 125g dark chocolate. In a pan add 2/3 cup heavy cream bring it to a simmer add the chopped chocolate let stand for 1-2 mins stir until the chocolate has melted and the ganache is smooth. Let the ganache cool slightly.
